Clifford A. Cooper, MS, CIH, is a Certified Industrial Hygienist and environmental health consultant with expertise in building science, indoor air quality, and occupational health investigations spanning government, private sector, and academic settings.
Clifford A. Cooper holds a Master's degree in Environmental Science from Washington State University and is a Board Certified Industrial Hygienist through the American Industrial Hygiene Association and Board for Global EHS Credentialing. He combines deep technical expertise in industrial hygiene with specialized knowledge of building science as a BPI Certified Professional and field proctor for building envelope certification exams. Mr. Cooper's career includes roles as Principal Consultant at Cooper Associates, where he has managed over 45 expert cases in environmental litigation, and as an Industrial Hygienist supporting BSL2 and BSL3 laboratory operations. He actively contributes to the field through AIHA conference presentations, service on the Board of Directors for the NY Upstate Green Building Council, and instruction in SUNY Ulster's Sustainable Building Adviser program.
